The Irish Research Council for Science, Engineering and Technology, invites applications for research funding under its Postdoctoral Fellowship Schemes (2011/2012) EMPOWER Fellowships • Government of Ireland Postdoctoral Fellowships in Science, Engineering and Technology. • Fellowships of 2 year duration, based at a Host Institution in the Republic of Ireland. • Including the Enterprise Partnership Scheme where the Council co-funds researchers with a range of industrial research partners. • Open to applicants worldwide. More information, including eligibility criteria, is available fromwww.ircset.ie/Default.aspx?tabid=64. Applications must be received strictly only via the IRCSET online applications system, before 5pm GMT on Wednesday 7th December 2011. The application system will be available from Wednesday 26th October 2011. Applications will be subject to evaluation, strictly on merit, by an international assessment committee. Results will be posted online in April 2012.
